[PC] [1999-2003] PvP HitSeat CarShooting Game

I’m looking for a PC game I played about 27 to 23 years ago.

It had an isometric/top-down view with a fixed camera. You could see a rectangular section of a map (for example I remember a farm area with a red&white barn) where the camera never moved.

It was a two-player game on PC. Each player controlled a vehicle, usually a car, sometimes a motorcycle (there were many vehicles I think), and the goal was to shoot and destroy the other player. The gameplay took place in a single, enclosed area rather than large scrolling levels. Camera always fixed and the enviroment looked like a cube cut out of the ground.

One special vehicle I clearly remember was a UFO that you could drive/fly.

Does anyone recognize this game or have an idea what it might be?
