What do you all think of a perk that makes it when you kill someone, the flare is only visible for you.

I feel like the last 2 perks of each tree are not that worth anything sometimes.

Or how about a perk that delays mines triggering so you get more time to react and dodge them.

How about a perk that makes Arcs less aware of you.

I feel like there are so many good ideas instead of the current ones.
