Commuting from Canton to Bridgend for work

Hi all, first time making a post here & I'm just looking to see what the craic is with a commute. I'm moving to Cardiff this month and will be commuting from Canton to Bridgend for work, just wondering if anyone has any idea best time to leave in the mornings to be there for 08:00 start? Thank you
