Persistent low grade fever

I just want it to end! I had a sore throat for three days, then the congestion and coughing hit. I thankfully got over that within a couple days, but it’s been 3-4 days after the fact and I’m maintaining a low grade fever fluctuating between 99.4 and 99.9. Not to mention the chills and hot flashes. Anyone else in the same boat? 🫠
