I don’t know what to do

I have been preparing to become a nurse for a couple of years. From 2024/25 I was still working full time and got a higher English qualification just incase I wanted to become a midwife. Now from 2025/2026 I’ve had to drop hours in my job to go to college to get qualifications to get into university. I have told a lot of people that I am training to be a nurse and I have even applied for uni that is supposed to start in September 2026 but I’m having really bad second thoughts about it. There is a lot of word going about of the bad managment and bullying in hospitals especially for student nurses.(UK)

I have no other qualifications to go do something else and time is running out for me to move out of my parents house to be with my fiancé.
