Idk if this could be a stroke

I don't know what is going on with me.Do you guys think i should have a MRI check?

I got covid pretty bad 3 months ago.I was unable getting out of bed for a month.Now i experienced all the brain fog heart palpitations fatigue etc.

Eventually after healing what remained was a big pressure and pain in my forhead.For the past three months i was and still am dependent on painkillers.If i don t take aspirin or ibuprofen at least once in three days my forhead feels like an open wound.And is just my forhead.I can't concentrate i slur my words, my vision is blurry when the pain is killing me.

I tought is just a thing left from covid.But i can t retain information and if i do i feel so exhusted afterwads.If i have three courses o can only participate actively in just two or the pain in my forhead makes me faint.I literally feel like i could die.

I just assumed it will go away cause covid fucked me badly but i don t know if is just covid anymore.A stroke from what i read in here should be more serious so i am sorry if i am wasting your time.I am not vomiting or paralized.Still i don t feel like myself. Any advice is aprecciated.
