How does Cobblemon compares to Pixelmon nowadays?

So Pixelmon is what my friends and I have been playing on and off for about a decade now. I've only checked out Cobblemon by myself a while ago and seemed like it was lacking features, like Legendary spawns, although I think this can be solved with additional mods?

Just looking into opinions and pros/cons for each for those of you who played both mods.
