Tax organizer upload location

I know I'm severely overthinking this, but as I'm growing the tax side of my business I want to continue to improve. I use two softwares. Drake for my 1040 clients. I split the software costs with another preparer and it's unlimited. I also use ProConnect for my small business clients and their individual returns. Even though it's pricey, I do like the integration with QBo and the tax advisory tools that come with it. I also use financial-cents for my client portal. I'm considering using ProConnect Intuit link for the clients I have there and financial-cents for the clients I habe through Drake for clients to upload their documents. I like the organizer ProConnect has and don't want to lose that, but I suppose i can just create tasks for the specific items I need in financial-cents. Thoughts or advice?
