Briefs with a pouch. What are the recommendations?

Regular briefs don't cut it for me so I've gone commando for the last two decades but lately I've seen adverts for pouch underwear. Anything ranging from 2xist with what looks like a modest pouch to Real Men's Apparel that has different pouch sizes to choose from.

What do you guys wear? What do you recommend?
