How to Print DHSA.gov.za Passport Form?

I am applying for a new passport and have submitted my application online on the dhsa site, made payment, uploaded my ID and managed to make a booking but there is no option to print the “barcoded application form” (no print option anywhere).

Am I missing something ?

How am I meant to take the printed form to the booking if I can’t actually print it?
