Weather conditions feature question

I've not used CalTopo but, if it can do this well, I'll switch. I hike in the mountains on trails with a fair amount of elevation gain. On the night before and the morning of a hike I need to know what the trail conditions are like throughout the whole trail. I need to know how much moisture there's been in the past several days, if the trail is dry, muddy, or snow-packed, and ideally how much snow there is so I can decide to bring snowshoes or not. And, I need to know the temperature at the base and summit of the trail and if there's inclement weather coming.

Ideally, I'd be able to plot the trail in CalTopo on a map overlay and study recent, current, and forecasted conditions.

Is this a reasonable task for CalTopo and which subscription ($20 or $50) would I need?
