Quiet Car rules

I’m taking the Acela next week and booked in the quiet car for the first time.

I’ll be leaving BOS around 6 and arriving in NY around 10, so I imagine some people might be trying to rest.

Is it OK if I just sit, scroll through my phone, do a little work on a laptop, and bring back the occasional snack? Of course I won’t be playing anything out loud or making any extra noise, but am I expected to just rest?
