Delta Checked Bag Fee

I have the Delta Amex Reserve and Platinum Status. A month ago in December I flew domestically and I was given 3 free checked bags for myself and my wife. I was always given two free checked bags for the longest time.

I am flying internationally tomorrow and we receive only one each. Did delta change their policy?
