Rod bearing long term damage

Just got the oil analysis back on my 01 e46 w/108k miles. Purchased this car a few months back knowing bearings hadn’t been replaced.

Black stone analysis noted, “very high iron, copper, and lead especially for only 300 miles on the current oil”.

Appointment already booked to have them replaced, my question is what is the long term damage that is already done to the engine?
