I think I'm done this time.

I've shared dozens of posts here since last year. I tried to get better, but it didn't work. This problem, which has been growing day by day, seems to have reached its final stage. My nerves have probably completely lost their function. My penis has shrunk so much, I think it was last like this when I was 5 years old. I can't get an erection at all.
