How to price editors

Hello I am needing help with finding a fair rate and am curious if any editors know an estimate of what to charge. My videos are movie summaries. There is a-roll for 1 liners but most of the video is b-roll of the movie matched up to what is being talked about in the video. Videos are 10-20 mins long. Maybe sound effects images etc. mostly simple. What do you guys think?
