Lakitu meta kart build MK 8

Hello everyone,

For literal years I rocked Lakitu with the pipe frame, retro off-road wheels and paper glider and it did pretty well.

My roommate has been hitting time trials and claims he found the perfect setup:

Diddy Kong, Mr.Scooty, roller wheels and cloud glider

Whether this is or isn’t meta I for the life of me cannot beat him no matter how hard I try haha

Any Lakitu or light players out there have their bread and butter combo they would be willing to share?
