Does the brand Tern use an Ethiopian domain name?

Hi, I'm looking to buy a new domain name for my fashion brand and I'd like to do something similar to in.tern.et , they use .et which I googled and is for Ethiopia but I believe they are a French brand. I read that having a country code outside of where you're selling from can be a problem so I'm not sure what my options are would just like some clarification thank you!
