Prepaid login help

I have been trying to log into the ATT Prepaid login for months to manage my account. I have tried every suggestion here with no luck, using different computers, the MyATT app, the main ATT login, paygonline, different browsers, incognito, clearing cookies and cache, texting that number forgot password from that post, etc. I have called in each month to customer service and they keep saying they are working on the site and it will be fixed in 24 hours, of course it's not.

Does anyone have any other suggestions so I can log into my prepaid account? I need to make a credit card expiration date change. TIA
