Should I take this cat to a rescue?

I just moved to Tampa temporarily and there is a friendly neighborhood cat that’s runs up to me and meows, but something seems to be wrong with his nose. He’s always in the same place outside, so I thought he had an owner, but there’s no collar and his nose seems injured. Should I take him to a rescue?
