Who's right??

I've been given diagnoses from from an orthopedic hip surgeon to a regular orthopedic doctor to a chiropractor and lastly, a new physical therapist. I've gotten so many different opinions. First, I had inflamed SI joint then I had hip fraying and then they say I had sciatica and then they say I had a gluteus minimus tear, mild osteoarthritis and lastly bursitis. What gives? I think I have a good physical therapist now. She seems very comprehensive but busy. Her focus is on first part of treatment - rehab getting the body used to using bands, balance, isolated exercises Now she has me doing 20 to 25lbs hand weights, Romanian squats, regular squats, lunges, and balance exercises on the bosu ball. It felt like my pain was improving and then i decreased my workouts for 3 weeks because I got very busy at work and the pain came back again. I still don't know what's wrong though. I know that pain radiates. And I have dotted all my I's and crossed all my T's an abundance of lab work, x-rays and MRIs just to make sure nothing else was going on within my body. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Also I am trying to keep any internal inflammation down in the body with a healthy diet, adequate sleep etc... I am 52 and on HRT- estrogen and progesterone as well.
