No payments released after New Year's - Am I the only one?!

I’m on NYS UI and my claim shows as active and payable. I received 6 payments through the week ending 12/28/2025.

I certified for the week ending 01/04/2026 but it never showed up in my payment history and was never released. I certified again for 01/11/2026 and that week is now also not releasing...

My claim shows no pending issues, no holds, no determinations but it’s just missing the 01/04 and this week entirely!!

Has anyone else had a January rollover week get stuck like this? What is going on? I keep calling them but getting through is impossible :(
