How do I install fedora alongside windows?

I wanted to finally commit to dual booting and for some reason when I tried partitioning my main disk on windows it didn’t let me create a partition bigger than 1.16GB even though I have 150GB of storage, so that’s out of the equation, how can I do it an alternative way? like some way to do it directly from the usb? Idk if I’m comfortable enough with the terminal so if there’s a UI way to do it I’d love some advice thanks.
