Erectile dysfunction 21/Male

Hey everyone, I’m a 21-year-old male and I’ve been dealing with erectile dysfunction for about 7 months now, and I’m honestly running out of ideas. Maybe someone here has experienced something similar or has advice.

Quick background: I was previously in my first long-term relationship and sexually everything always worked perfectly. After the breakup, I didn’t have sex for about a year. Then I met a girl again. When we were cuddling, everything felt normal, I got aroused and had an erection. But as soon as it came to actually having sex, I lost it completely. We tried multiple times, but it didn’t work at all. We didn’t end up having sex, and since then I haven’t met up with any women.

Since that experience, I’ve had ongoing erection problems. For several months, my penis felt like it barely reacted to arousal at all. I went to a urologist and had a lot of tests done (testosterone, vitamin D, diabetes, prostate exam, etc.) — everything came back normal, testosterone was even slightly above average. So physically, everything seems fine.

After the doctor visit, things improved slightly, but the problems are still there: – I only get erections rarely, and mostly only when I stimulate myself for a long time – I barely had morning erections even before this incident, and now none at all – Spontaneous erections maybe once every 2–3 months – No medication – No porn for the past 7 months – Masturbation max 1–2 times per week

Additional info: I work out a lot and am physically fit. I don’t have much stress in my life right now (neither work nor personal). Even during periods where I took a complete break from training for 1–2 weeks, nothing improved.

This whole situation is extremely frustrating, especially because I’m so young and never had any issues before.

Has anyone experienced something similar?

I’d appreciate any serious advice.
