Jeep offering $9k to cash and keep

My Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe was in the shop for about five months last year, and I only recently got it back. I still have 14 months left on my lease.

Jeep has now offered me $9k in cash if I agree to keep the vehicle. Given how long the car was unusable and the ongoing reliability concerns, this offer feels completely inadequate to me.

Has anyone dealt with a similar situation or received a better settlement from Jeep/Stellantis? Is $9k to keep the car a bad deal, or is this typical? Looking for advice before I agree to anything.
