Car Audio Repair?

Been having some audio issues with my car. It’ll randomly cut out and make a screeching, staticky sound, sometimes even when the volume is at 0 or the radio is completely off. Is there a local place that can check it out/does fixes like this? Any recommendations are appreciated. Thanks
