Hiring Managers Hate Me, and I Want to Fix That

I am a Recruiter who has gotten praise from hiring managers and has been requested over other recruiters due to how well I performed. My problem is that most managers assume I am like other recruiters and are immediately suspicious of me, and I want to branch out instead of just relying on my network.

Which is why I am asking the question, what would get a hiring manager (you) to move forward with a 30-minute intro call to discuss me recruiting for you and your company? What one thing about the hiring process that you despise could I fix that would let you click that calendar link and set up time with me?
