Vintage ref 3454 - Dinged Up Case Back

Hello. Just picked up a vintage 18k reference 3454. The case back has a big ding in it and I'd like to have it refinished (laser filled?).

Anyone have any recommendations on where to send it?

LA Watch Works said it's too thin for them to work on it.
