What’s Venusaur’s best nature?

I just did the Tera Raid for Venusaur and my first catch was Modest. Should I keep the Venusaur or try and reset for a Timid nature or anything else? I’m not entirely sure what would be the best nature . Should I buff his defense? His speed? Or just go all out for Special Attack?
