26F have every symptom of MS. MRI showed two small lesions but none on spine have spinal stenosis but it's not severe enough. Please help!!

I feel like an idiot having to reach out, but I've stumped my nuerologist. Initially she proposed FND until she pulled up my original MRI from 2015 that had multiple diffuse lesions from my TBI. I have a history of anxiety, but none of the typical FND symptoms.

Some of what I experience is weird to say the least.

Cervical Dystonia that comes and goes and responds to baclofen.

Extreme exhaustion with severe insomnia

Sleep paralysis

Legs twitch all the time

Dizziness

Double vision

Hurts to look around and I get dizzy when looking side to side with my eyes.

High heart rate

Numbness

Tingling

Sensation of my chest being squeezed.

Randomly drop things.

Feet randomly drag.

Sensation of water running down my back.

Now I do know FND symptoms normally occur with stressors. However my symptoms get worse with exertion and heat. That's it, but most are consistent.

So far at my local numerology clinic one nuerologist thinks I have textbook SFN, and three think it's early MS, and one thinks it's focal seizures.

Now family history is that every male on my maternal side has sleep apnea. Pretty much every woman on my paternal side has MS with a familial rate of 1 in 4. I also am more than likely a carrier for SYNGAP-1 which causes epilepsy.

Family mental health history is depression and anxiety. I do have a family history of schizophrenia, but it now is in question if it wad epilepsy or autism (I'm a 4th generation autistic person).
