Xavier campaign Xtreme (Nimrod) 1-4

I'm stuck on the second to last node of the nimrod campaign (Xtreme difficulty).

I just reached level 100 and only have a few teams leveled up that high (nightstalkers, starjammers, and a few others) I was doing fine and then all of a sudden Im barely able to get one attack off before my entire team is dead. Is there a character that I can level up without having to do an entire team that can stop Super Skrulls passive?

This one... (When an enemy gains a positive effect or when this character or an ally gains a necative effect, fill this character's Speed Bar by 20‰) ...This has got to be the most ridiculous passive ability I've ever seen. It makes him wayyyyyyy overpowered. The most overpowered character I think I've ever seen, the amount of attacks he's allowed to have is unreal sometimes. He can single-handedly wipe out an entire team where each character is triple his power that spawn with barriers, high resistance and high armor like it's nothing.
