Was it worth transferring to a neighborhood market no

Honestly, I hate being not a neighborhood market. I’m ready to go back to a supercenter me not a neighborhood market. It’s not my cup of tea, especially being an overnight team lead where you get all the blame put on you even if you have an academy trainer with you I’m just sick of it. I wanna ask to leave overnight to go to days. they tell me no not until I get overnight under control and right now there’s no openings so when I try to put in a transfer request to go back to the supercenter, they’re over here trying to block me so now they’re mad because I told him that I’m stepping down from being the team lead cause I don’t wanna do it anymore. And to the point where they didn’t give me any options of where I wanted to go so they threw me an OGP knowing that I wanted to transfer.
