**Elegant Doppelganger - Harpie Lady**

This card's name becomes "Harpie Lady" while on the field or in the GY. You can reveal 1 Spell in your hand; Special Summon this card from your hand. If you control no other monsters: You can Special Summon up to 2 Level 4 "Harpie" monsters from your hand or Deck. You can only activate each effect of "Elegant Doppelganger - Harpie Lady" once per turn. You cannot Special Summon from the Extra Deck, except WIND monsters, the turn you activate either of this card's effects.

**Paradigm Parasite**

When your opponent activates a monster effect on the field: You can Special Summon this card from your hand, and if you do, negate that activated effect, but until the end of the next turn after this effect resolves, you cannot Special Summon monsters from the hand or Deck, except Insect monsters. All monsters your opponent controls become Insects. If this card is sent from the field to the GY: You can add 1 Insect monster that cannot be Normal Summoned/Set from your Deck to your hand. You can only activate each effect of "Paradigm Parasite" once per turn.

**Time Wizard, Conductor of Time Magic**

During the Main Phase, when either player activates the effect of a monster on the field: You can discard this card; send 1 Level 4 or lower Normal Monster from your hand or Deck to the GY, and if you do, toss a coin and call it. If you call it right, destroy that monster, then Special Summon 1 Level 7 or lower non-Effect Fusion Monster with the same Attribute and Type as the monster sent from your Deck to the GY. If you call it wrong, negate that effect, then take damage equal to double that monster's ATK. You can only activate this effect of "Time Wizard, Conductor of Time Magic" once per turn.

(note: If I worded this correctly, you do need the engine requirement of the Normal Monster and the non-Effect Fusion Monster to even attempt this effect, which should balance it. also, yes calling it wrong is still a positive effect. gamble effects should have positive yet random effects in the modern era imo)
