Nonfiction book recommendations on transitioning?

To be more specific I guess I’m looking for stuff about biology and maybe a little history too. Most nonfiction ftm book recs I see are sorta memoirs and I prefer to read more factual stuff yknow? (I hope that doesn’t come off as pretentious lmao)
