Best French course recommendations in Surrey?

I'm trying to find good French courses (ideally online but open to in-person too) that actually help with exam prep (like TEF/TCF). Any personal experiences or recommendations around Surrey (or nearby Vancouver area) would be amazing. Thanks in advance!
