Help with setting custom font

I downloaded adelph from the readme.club download fonts section. I get the message "unable to expand" when trying to unzip it on my macbook. When I copy it across anyway it says "failed to get dimensions". What am i doing wrong?

I also tried making a custom font using the resource, but it's fully justified, can we get it to be left aligned only?
