I can't go on like this. What can I do?

Support Needed

This is my 3rd HG pregnancy, and it's unplanned. I have a year old and 6 month old baby, who I am completely unable to care for. My husband is off work currently, which we can't afford much longer, but I dread the day he gets called back in. He does have to go to classes once a week, which was today, and I called him home because I couldn't get up off the floor to care for our children. Missing classes could be career ending for him. We have no family in the area and cannot afford childcare. I'm at a loss. I'm struggling and I need something to give. I'm on zofran and reglan, and I can only keep the meds down about half the time, when I can they barely help. I can take small sips of water or juice, but food feels impossible. I'm vomiting 10+times per day and it's getting worse, I'm only 6 weeks along. I'm dehydrated and only peeing every 12 hours, IV fluids twice a week seem to be the only thing that helps me feel even marginally better. The baby is still nursing, won't take a bottle at all. I feel like this might kill me, but I also feel like I'm being overly dramatic all of the time. My husband is burnt out from doing everything all the time and I want to help, but even showering feels like an insurmountable task. Does anyone have any suggestions for what helped them function even a little bit?? I've tried promethazine, b6, compazine, and a few others, but the zofran and reglan have been what worked best in the past. Where do I go from here? Zofran pump? I'm worried my insurance won't pay or that I won't be considered severe enough. And home care isn't an option because I live rurally. PICC line?I don't even know how these work? Would I be able to do my own fluids/meds at home? Granisetron patch? I don't know if this would have more success than oral zofran or if my insurance would pay for it. Please help.
