White clumps at opening of vagina

I’ve never had a yeast infection, BV, UTI, any of it so I am new to this, but last night I felt some itching down there and didn’t think much of it. Today the itching continued and when I got up in there I saw tje entrance of my vagina like covered in white stuff, and it seems clumpy. I have no abnormal discharge yet. the itching comes and goes but it seems to be getting worse.

I don’t have access to a doctor right now and would prefer to just treat quickly and cheaply anyways. I’m just worried about self diagnosing as a yeast infection because symptoms don’t totally like up. Maybe it’s too early or mild to have the discharge or redness yet? Please help lol
