Moving Krita Files to fully new built PC safely without losing Layers, etc?
I've bought parts for a whole new PC, and bought new storage space. I've assumed I can put in a normal USB stick to my current PC, move/copy all the files I want to keep (Pictures, Videos, Art files from Krita and some from CSP).
And once my PC is built, after downloading my drawing apps again, I just put that USB stick in and can move the files into my new storage and assume Krita will register those files and put them back in its system?
Is this the right, simple way to go about it? There are some unfinished art I have I worked hard for and it would hurt for it to not transfer correctly and be a single image without the layers.
Has anyone else done this before, having a new PC and moving their files over with no issues?
