2021 Subaru Impreza (5 doors/Touring) - I brought it in maybe a month or two ago and asked the dealership if something is wrong with my suspension. When I drive at low speeds, I feel like I’m bumping a little more than I used to, which I wasn’t sure was normal (of course it is, just felt like it was a bit too much)… so I asked them to check while still « warrantied ». They told me they compared it with another Impreza of the same year and they were pretty similar, so it’s normal.

Now in the video attached (sorry I know it’s short) you’ll hear my dog walking around the car and it’s exactly the same noise I hear when I’m driving (squeak/crack). I don’t really pay attention most of the time with the radio on I can’t hear it, but when I’m in the traffic there’s a certain portion of my commute that’s bumpier and that’s where I keep hearing this noise.

I need your help to know what I should ask to check next time I go in for an oil change? Btw I passed the « warranty » now that I’m over 100k (km), so I’ll just go to a regular garage instead of the dealer who’s ripping us all off lol. I know of course dealers mechanics know what they’re doing (or at least most of them) but I want your opinion on this. TIA 🙂

What’s wrong with my suspension?
