Question about the Bastion Task Force

Hello just a quick question about the rules of this detachment. So every battle line units get advanced and charge etc.

If I attach a leader to a battle line unit does the whole unit still get those bonuses? Or would it be nullified cause they can’t keep up with each other.

Following this, the enhancement hero of the chapter says model only. Does that just affect the character only or would battle line be given to any squad they attach to.
