Urgent help: partner layoff, we have kids, startup only at $2k MRR (i will not promote)

Hey Folks,

Hard situation here. My partner is getting laid off and he was the sole breadwinner while I was focused on getting our start-up up & running. We also have 2 small kids.

Household expenses are $6.6k.

Current situation - we have 20 clients and $2.2k MRR. I'm currently on track to get to $1M this year, but that's not now.

I need help thinking about options:
-> Find part-time contract work for me/him (jobs are scarce)
-> Push harder on sales?

I have expertise as a CPA, Product Manager, Pricing & Packaging.

What are some other ideas of what I can do to generate more cash sooner than later? :/
