How do you handle team communication at your property?

Hello! Just looking for thoughts about team comms. Although we are just a small number of people we still have mishaps and sometime we miss things because we couldn't find it properly. We want to have it mostly our communication in one place where we can put all those things like changes in shift, handovers, tasks etc. Just wanted to get some best advice on you guys use.
