Contacts Questions (Astigmatism)

Hey, sorry if these are dumb questions, but I'm very new to contacts. My clinic gave me contacts immediately after my appointment to test them our, but they are ordering ones fit for my astigmatism.

1. Is it okay to wear these contacts (not astigmatism adjusted) around right now? I want to get used to wearing them over long periods of time before I 100% commit. The clinic will order my contacts in a couple of days.

2. How much does astigmatism change vision? I feel like my glasses (last year's prescription + astigmatism adjustment, my eyes are basically the same as last year's) are crisper than these contacts. Is the difference solely due to astigmatism?

3. What solutions should I buy? I have the multi-purpose solution for storing the contacts. Do I get saline or rewetting drops (which I couldn't find at my local CVS) or some other solution for putting the contacts in? And would i just put a couple of drops on the contact to "rewet" them?
