*It was the height of the Empires power. And nearly the lowest point of his. For years, after escaping for Sidious, he hid in the Galaxy’s underbelly, gathering allies and power.*

*The crimson dawn, he own little Empire. Made up of scoundrels, pirates, criminals, cut-throats, and worse.*

*But deep, deep down, Maul knew it wasn’t enough. It would never be enough.*

*If only Lady Tano had seen reason, had seen that her master was too far gone, that if she truly cared for him, she would’ve put him down.*

*But… it was too late for that now. He’d never avenge himself, never avenge his Brothers, Never Avenge his Mother, never Avenge his sisters… it was all too late now.*

*Unless…*

*He had felt a shift… one from His Masters New Apprentice. He had grown tired of Sidious… perhaps… he could help him.*

“You, Boy.” *He said, speaking to a nearby servant* “get me a holopad.”

“Yes, Lord Maul.” *The servant boy said, rushing away, only to return soon after.*

*Maul grabbed it, and wrote something down.*

*“If you seek The End of Sidious, Meet me on Malachor. - The Shadow Lord of The Crimson Dawn.”*

“Bring this to Mustafar.” *He said. The boy nodded and ran.*

*Soon after, boarded his private vessel, and set corse to Malachor.*

*He laid back, and rested at the ship was on auto-pilot.*
