Skill table saw:SKIL TS6307-00 15 Amp

New Skill jobsite table saw thumps on spindown. I replaced the blade immediately, so I'm not sure if it did this out of the box.

With blade: Thumping noise as it slows.

Without blade: No noise.

Is this normal or did I mess up the install? Audio link below
