When should I change the valve cover gasket on my n20?

I am looking to do some preventative maintenance on my n20 right now it’s on a stage 1 tune sitting at 97k kms. Before going stage 2 I wanna do some preventative maintenance so I was wondering should I change the gasket now or can it wait a bit more?
