Brace or no brace?

I am looking to get the Kuna here soon.

I can get it without a brace and save about $150.

Would you do that and get something else?

I am 6’4” and have a longer LOP so I’m considering SBR’ing it to make it more comfortable but also I have never held one so not sure.
