Not working

I started on Semaglutide about a year ago last December 2025. The company I was buying from could no longer get it. For what reason I was never really told. It worked really great for me. I lost about 30 lbs. That was within a 6 month period. So I started ordering from another company. Obviously I had to go through the process of filling out the form that is required and take a picture of my last bottle showing dosage, date etc. It had been about a month since stopped taking it so I had to start all over again at the lower dosage. Even after changing companies this one did not work for me from the beginning. Even as dosage was increased and I was up to the highest dosage. The hunger noises never went away like the first one I was on. So I stopped taking it. I just don’t know why it didn’t worked and the first one did. It was like the difference between night and day when I first started taking it last December 2025. The first dosage on that one I felt no hunger whatsoever and lost about 3 lbs my first week. This never happened on the different brand after restarting it. And hasn’t worked since. That’s why I stopped. Any one else go through a similar situation?
