Looking for a camera that will send me notifications for noise like howling

Hi all. We’ve received a noise complaint that our dog is howling while we’re at work. We have a camera, but every time we check it they seem to be sleeping. I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good pet camera that would send me notifications for noise detection like howling, including being able to speak through the camera to the dogs. Ideally something not subscription based.
